SugarSync

At my school we are always trying to find ways to reduce the use of paper. This year we are using Sugar Sync to share files. Sugar Sync is a free service that enables you to access, sync and share your files across all your computers and devices. We enable you to backup, sync and share all of your documents, photos, music and movies so that you can access them from your PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry, or any other device. Each staff member at my school signed up for the free 5GB account....this is not enough GB to share photos but it is plenty to share documents. When the administration wants to share a document with the whole campus, they will put it on sugar sync. Our school campus houses the elementary school and the early college high school, so each school has their own folders that are shared with those particular staff members and then we have one folder that is shared campus wide. It is a really great tool to use!~ You don't know how many days I have gotten home and realized I needed a document that was on my school computer....I have linked my home computer to my school computer, so now I can access all my files at home. If I work on something at home, I can access it at school without carrying around my flashdrive....{I am always losing things!}
